Book online through this page OR directly contact one of our BCG vaccine professionals to make a booking over the phone: 1) 0467 981 322 - Evan (English, Mandarin 汉语, German) 2) 0402 170 053 - Ahmad (English, Dari, Farsi) Important information regarding your BCG vaccination appointment:​ 1) Upon arrival, proceed directly to the second floor of Priority Medical Centre Harris Park (stairs/lift) and you will see our clinic (no need to line up at reception). 2) A consultation and Tuberculosis (TB) assessment will be undertaken to ensure it is safe to receive the BCG vaccine. 3) The person getting vaccinated will need to stay near the area for 15 minutes after the vaccine administration. 4) Altogether, we will have you in and out of the clinic in less than 30 minutes and be well protected against TB for the journey ahead. PARKING and PUBLIC TRANSPORT 1) Parking is not difficult, as there are many free parking spaces on Marion Street, Albion Street and at the rear on Les Burnett Lane (free parking for up to 2 hours). 2) We are situated near Harris Park Train Station (only a few minutes walking distance). PAYMENT/FEE 1) The current fee is $150. 2) CARD or CASH payments are accepted (please ensure you have the correct amount of cash, as we do not carry change). OTHER VACCINATIONS 1) Other LIVE vaccines, such as the 12-month and 18-month scheduled vaccines, should be given on the same day as the BCG vaccine OR separated by a period of at least 4 weeks. 2) The 4-month oral live vaccine does not need consideration as it will not interfere with the BCG vaccine. 3) If the person receiving the BCG vaccine has had a live (injected) vaccine within 4 weeks of their BCG vaccine appointment, please contact us to reschedule at no extra cost. DOCUMENTATION 1) Feel free to bring your vaccination record "blue book" for staff to document in. 2) The BCG immunisation will be entered into the AIR (Medicare) vaccination record (please allow up to 72 hours for this). PLEASE NOTE: Please contact Evan on 0467 981 322 (English, Mandarin 汉语, German) or Ahmad on 0402 170 053 (English, Dari, Farsi) regarding the following: 1) If you are having troubles with your BCG vaccination booking (including running late for your appointment). 2) If you require an urgent appointment booking due to your travel date being imminent. 3) If the person receiving the BCG vaccine has a fever >38.5 degrees Celsius within one week of their BCG vaccine appointment date or on the day of the appointment.
